How your answers are handled
Your will answers are not submitted to Islamic Will Canada. Apart from the address lookup described below, they remain in this browser tab. DOCX and PDF drafts are generated in your browser and downloaded to your device. We do not store your answers or generated documents on our servers. You can download an answers file to your device and load it later; that file is handled entirely in your browser. Unsaved answers are cleared when you reload or close the tab.
Address suggestions are the exception. As you type your Article 1 address, the address text is sent directly from your browser to Photon, operated by Komoot (opens in a new tab). We do not attach your name or other will answers. The address itself and normal connection details, including your IP address, may be identifying. Komoot says its public Photon service keeps request logs for a limited time (opens in a new tab).
