About the initiative
A volunteer-led community effort
Islamic Will Canada began as a WhatsApp group in 2020 to raise awareness of writing Islamic wills. We are a 100% volunteer-run, non-profit initiative.
What we do
The team promotes the Sunnah of writing a free Islamic will, shares knowledge and resources, motivates the community, and offers one-to-one help. It has held seminars with scholars and qualified lawyers. Our WhatsApp groups have had 500+ members.
Our volunteers are community professionals who aim to connect people with scholars and lawyers. We are not a lawyer service.
